When CboysTV—the YouTube powerhouse known for moto stunts, wild builds, and high-energy entertainment—needed a ramp for their Detroit Lakes set, they came to us for something functional, versatile, and unforgettable. We delivered a 16′ wide custom mini ramp with two extensions reaching over 6′ tall, designed for riders at all levels, from pros to beginners.

To take it beyond a traditional ramp, we engineered a custom steel rainbow rail arching over the mini ramp, built for skateboarders, BMX riders, and moto athletes alike. Then, working with the Cboys’ stunt vision, we integrated a pyrotechnic fuel-line system directly into the rail, complete with dual ignition points. This allowed for safe, controlled flame effects—turning the rail into a high-impact visual centerpiece without compromising rideability or safety.

The payoff? Over 20 million combined views across CboysTV’s main episodes, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels—including the now-iconic clip of a three-wheeler launching the flaming rail. The ramp was also recently featured in a Dern Brothers YouTube episode, expanding its audience across the action sports creator world and beyond into mainstream viral entertainment.
