Our Special Projects Lab produces bespoke craft products, custom installations, purpose-built environments, and never-been-done concepts. Every project is engineered for efficiency, durability, performance, and best-in-class quality—pushing the limits of design and action sports culture. From skateable sculptures to immersive pop-ups, experimental builds, and branded one-offs, the Lab transforms cultural ideas into structures that are both functional and unforgettable. Past projects include a custom skateboard veneer guitar for Fletcher of Pennywise, signature product collaborations with Christian Hosoi, street obstacles for Dylan Jaeb, skateable Minion sculptures, the Tyre Nichols Memorial Mobile Skatepark branding, the Adidas x MNUFC x Familia activation, Skaterapolis retail build-outs, the Zumiez Couch Tour, a Goo Goo Dolls mega fest course, skateable graphics, and experimental prototypes built from innovative materials.
