We were introduced to the owners of this park during construction by a fellow skatepark builder who knew our reputation for precision and craftsmanship. Initially brought in to supply and install pool coping on the mini-ramp and one quarter-pipe, we quickly earned their trust. That early project grew into a broader role where we provided operational and programming consulting—helping conceptualize their customer experience, plan the first-impression walk-through, and deliver a fully customized retail build-out to match their vision.

We continue to serve as their ramp builder and maintenance crew, handling both upgrades and new installations. Over time, our work has included a space-optimized custom mini-ramp, a new flybox, additional ledges and rails, and—most notably—the re-installation of Minnesota’s legendary vert ramp at the park.

The vert ramp has a rich history. Originally donated by Creature and NHS to 3rd Lair and the Minnesota Vert Crew, it spent many years as a public-private treasure under a highway overpass, becoming a hub for skaters across the region. Its latest chapter at Skaterapolis preserves that legacy while giving it new life in a dedicated, professionally maintained facility.

In addition to construction and upkeep, we periodically provide professional skateboarding and action sports talent for demos and special events—helping the park engage its community, draw crowds, and showcase the sport at its highest level.
