A Memphis-based client, choosing to remain anonymous, asked us to turn an existing credit into something more than a build—into a tribute. His goal: to honor Tyre Nichols on what would have been his 30th birthday. Tyre, remembered as a devoted father, photographer, and skater, was killed in a nationally known act of police violence that shook the Memphis community and beyond.

We took on the project from concept to delivery, designing a skateable art piece that carried Tyre’s spirit in every detail. The centerpiece was an A-frame rail balanced on a single point, with “Keep Pushing for Tyre” intricately etched into the acrylic centerpiece—a phrase that blends skate culture’s forward motion with a lasting message of solidarity. Complementing the rail, the launch box carried matching custom graphics, creating a cohesive memorial both functional and symbolic.

On the day of the event, over 1,000 people gathered to celebrate Tyre’s life and what he loved most. We personally drove the pieces to Memphis and delivered them to his family—because for us, this wasn’t just a project, it was a moment that mattered.
